At Fakenham Premier, we pride ourselves on going further than simply selling cycling goods. We're cyclists ourselves and our commitment is to make sure that each customer gets the most from their cycling.

We're happy to discuss every detail of what you want from your cycling and advise on the best route to take. It doesn't matter to us if you're riding to the Alps or to the shops.

Bikes purchased from the shop come fully assembled. You won't be given a cardboard box for your money. You will, however, get a 10% discount on purchases for the next month.
All of our new bikes are eligible for a free first service within a month worth £25. It is important to service all bikes after this period to make adjustments as components bed in. A second full service at 6 months is available at half price.

We also support many rides and activities every week as well as large events in the local area. Membership to Fakenham Premier cycle club is free and can provide a fantastic introduction to cycling in Norfolk's amazing countryside. The club is also British Cycling affiliated, for those looking for competition.
